These terms apply to all customers using our services across Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi.
1. Services Provided
Rabbab Cleaning UAE provides:
Home, villa & apartment cleaning
Deep cleaning & sanitization
Carpet, sofa, mattress cleaning
Move-in / Move-out cleaning
Kitchen & bathroom deep cleaning
Service details may vary depending on customer requirements and availability.
2. Booking & Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance.
Customers must provide accurate location details, access instructions, and preferred timing.
Last-minute booking changes depend on availability.
We may reschedule bookings due to weather, emergencies, or operational reasons.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made in cash or online (if available) after service completion.
Prices listed on the website or confirmed during booking are final.
Additional charges may apply for extremely dirty, damaged, or oversized areas/items.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:
Provide safe access to the property
Store valuable & fragile items safely
Inform us about pets, allergies, or special precautions
Provide parking access if required
Rabbab Cleaning UAE is not responsible for issues caused by unsafe environments or improper disclosure.
5. Service Quality Guarantee
We aim to provide hotel-standard cleaning.
If you are not satisfied:
Contact us within 24 hours
We will arrange a free re-cleaning (for genuine concerns)
No refunds are provided for completed services unless proven faulty
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation must be done at least 12 hours before the appointment.
Same-day cancellations may incur a 20–50% fee depending on the situation.
If staff arrives and customers are unavailable
→ full service charge applies.
7. Liability
Rabbab Cleaning UAE is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to furniture/items
Damage caused by faulty appliances or infrastructure
Loss of items not properly secured by customers
Delays due to traffic, weather, or emergencies
Our staff is trained and professional, but customers must secure fragile or expensive items beforehand.
8. Health & Safety
We use family-safe products, but customers must inform us of:
Any allergies
Restricted chemical usage
Sensitive surfaces
We follow UAE health & hygiene requirements.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
